Information for Authors: Guidelines
Posters
Posters will be displayed in the Consulate Ballroom and organized in two different viewing sessions, held on Monday/Tuesday and Wednesday/Thursday. A Social Hour from 18:00 to 19:00 will complement the poster viewing on Monday and Wednesday evening. Authors are expected to stand by their posters during the evening poster viewing and encouraged to be present there during the coffee breaks as well.
A specific location will be assigned to each poster as indicated on the poster boards. Push tacks (or Velcro adhesive) to mount posters onto the boards will be provided. Each poster should fit on an area measuring 120 cm x 120 cm, or 4'x 4', and include the title followed by the author(s)' name and affiliation.
Posters for the first poster session should be set in place before the morning coffee break on Monday and removed after the afternoon coffee break on Tuesday. Posters for the second session should be in place before the morning coffee break on Wednesday and removed after the lunch break on Thursday. The poster boards will be removed from the Consulate Ballroom at 16:00 on Thursday.
