Conference Topics
The purpose of MicroRad 2010 is to provide an international forum for reporting and discussing recent achievements in the field of microwave radiometry. New techniques and applications, especially applications to remote sensing, will be the focus of the meeting.
Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:
- temperature and humidity sounding
- clouds and precipitation
- soil moisture and vegetation canopy
- snow, ice and oceans
- theory, physical principles and EM models
- instruments and advanced techniques
- experimental campaigns and satellite missions
- combined active/passive microwave instruments
